How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually process your order within 2-5 business days. Regarding shipping time, please check our shipping information page.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping is free for all orders over $99.

Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?

This depends on your local country's regulations.
USA Customers: Orders under $800 USD are generally duty-free (de minimis threshold).
EU & UK Customers: You may be required to pay import VAT and, in some cases, customs duties upon delivery. Our shop does not collect these charges at checkout. We recommend checking your local government website for specific import thresholds.

Which countries do you ship to and how much does shipping cost?

We ship to most countries worldwide. However, we do not ship to war zones, countries where payment methods such as PayPal and credit cards are restricted, or countries/regions where delivery is difficult or unreliable.

  • Standard shipping fee: $9.90 per order
  • Free shipping: Available on orders over $99

What should I do if I haven’t received my ordered item?

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery time, please follow these steps:

  1. Check the tracking information – Use Track your order page or the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to see the latest status.
  2. Check with local carriers or neighbors – Sometimes the package may be held at a local post office, left with a neighbor, or delivered to a nearby parcel pick‑up point.
  3. Confirm your shipping address – Make sure the address you provided is correct and complete.
  4. Contact our customer support – If the tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the item, or if there has been no update for an extended period, please email us at support@oriavue.com with your order number. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Please note that we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages caused by incorrect addresses, unclaimed parcels, or carrier issues beyond our control. However, we will do our best to assist you.

I received a tracking number, but it shows the tracking number does not exist. Why?

It’s common for a tracking number to show no results immediately after you receive it. Here are the most likely reasons:

  1. The carrier hasn’t scanned the package yet – Your order may have been labeled but not yet picked up or scanned into the carrier’s system. Please wait 24–48 hours and try again.
  2. System delay – Tracking information can take some time to update across different systems. Sometimes the package is already in transit, but the data hasn’t synced.
  3. Incorrect or incomplete tracking number – Double‑check the number you received. A single missing digit can cause no results.
  4. Tracking number not yet active – For some shipping methods, the tracking number is generated before the package is handed over to the carrier. It will become active once the carrier receives the parcel.

If more than 5 business days have passed and the tracking number still shows no information, please contact our customer support with your order number. We will verify the status for you.

Can I trust Oriavue?

Absolutely. With PayPal and Stripe, you're protected from checkout to delivery. Your financial information is never shared with Oriavue. And if something goes wrong with your order, your eligible transactions will be fully reimbursed.

You're completely protected if:

  • Your order never arrives;
  • Your order arrives, but it's dramatically different from how it was described;
  • Your order arrives but it's defective or damaged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed in USD/EUR or your local currency
and are secured with SSL encryption.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly to get your item(s) on its way to you. If you need to cancel or change your address, please contact us within 4 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been sent to our packing team.

Do you offer Gift Wrapping or a Gift Receipt?

Yes! We offer premium Gift Wrapping for a small fee of $6. Please email us at support@oriavue.com. All gift orders are sent with a packing slip that does not show the price.

I like this type of bracelet, but none fit me. Can I get a customized one?

Yes, absolutely. We offer customization services to fit your wrist size, preferred materials, colors, or symbolic meanings. Please contact our customer service with your specific requirements, and we will recommend suitable options and create a personalized bracelet just for you.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy for international orders?

We accept returns on most international orders. Contact our customer support with your order number and the reason for return. For details, please refer to our returns and exchanges policy page.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?

We carefully package every handmade item, but if your order arrives damaged or with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please:

  • Send an email to: support@oriavue.com with your order number
  • Attach clear photos showing the damage or defect

Once we review the photos, we will offer one of the following:

  • full refund (including original shipping costs)
  • free replacement (if the same item is available)
  • store credit plus a small discount on your next purchase

We take quality seriously and will work with you to make things right.

I changed my mind. Can I return my item?

We accept returns for a refund minus the original shipping cost. Items must be returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return postage to our warehouse. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot issue a refund until the item is safely received back.

Can I exchange for a different color or size?

Due to the limited nature of handmade inventory, we can not hold items for a standard exchange. The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the correct piece.

What exactly are incense beads? Are they meant to be burned?

No, our incense beads are not for burning. They are hand‑rolled from natural resins, herbs, and woods using a traditional Chinese method. When you wear them against your skin, your body heat gently releases their fragrance throughout the day. Think of them as a slow, wearable aroma.

How long does the scent last on a bracelet or necklace?

The fragrance can last for several months to over a year, depending on how often you wear the piece and how you store it.

Are the beads safe for sensitive skin?

Our beads are made from natural ingredients: sandalwood, agarwood, star anise, clove, and tree resins. We do not use synthetic fragrances, alcohol, or harsh chemicals. However, if you have very sensitive skin or known allergies to any of these botanicals, we recommend testing the beads on a small area first or consulting your doctor.

Can I shower, swim, or exercise while wearing oriavae jewelry?

Please remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, or heavy exercise. Water can soften the beads, damage their surface, and shorten their lifespan. Keep them dry to enjoy the fragrance for as long as possible.

How should I store my incense bead jewelry when I’m not wearing it?

Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid storing it near strong perfumes or chemicals. For best results, keep the piece in a fabric pouch or a small box — this will also help preserve the scent.

Are all oriavue beads handmade?

Yes. Every single bead is hand‑rolled, air‑dried for weeks, and hand‑strung. No machines are involved in the process. This is why each bead may vary slightly in shape and color — a mark of authentic craftsmanship.

Can I wear Oriavue jewelry if I practice yoga or meditation?

Absolutely. Many of our customers use their bracelets or handheld malas during meditation, breathwork, or yoga. The gentle scent helps create a calm, grounded atmosphere. They also make beautiful, mindful companions for your practice.

Sustainability & Values

Are your incense beads ethically sourced?

Yes. We work directly with artisans and small family farms that supply our sandalwood, agarwood, star anise, clove, and resins. We avoid mass‑market supply chains and prioritize fair, long‑term relationships with each artisan and grower.

Do you use any synthetic ingredients or animal products?

None. Our beads are 100% plant‑based and free from synthetic fragrances, alcohol, parabens, or phthalates. We also never use animal‑derived binders or test on animals. Oriavue is completely vegan.

Why are your beads more expensive than mass‑produced jewelry?

Because they are made by hand, one at a time, using real ingredients that take weeks to dry. You are not paying for marketing or fast fashion. You are investing in craftsmanship, natural aroma, and a piece of cultural heritage that lasts.

How do you minimize waste in your production?

We source in small batches or on a made-to-order basis. This prevents overstock and ensures every handmade piece is valued and sold, not thrown away.

What about packaging? Is it eco‑friendly?

We try our best. Most of our packaging is recyclable or biodegradable, such as cotton pouches and recycled paper boxes. We are gradually reducing plastic and aim to be completely plastic‑free in the near future.
