Because many of our items are made in small batches or require specialized protective packaging for handcrafted art, we ask for 2 to 5 business days to process your order before it ships.
• What this means: If you order on Monday, your package will leave our facility by the following Monday at the latest.
• Weekends & Holidays: Our studio is closed on weekends and public holidays. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Please Note: Express shipping costs are significantly higher than Standard Shipping due to volumetric weight charges for packages.

• USA Orders: Orders under $800 USD are generally imported duty-free.
• EU & UK Orders: For orders over the de minimis value, VAT & local customs fees may be requested by the carrier. We recommend familiarizing yourself with your country's import policies.
