What “Handmade Variations” Mean (And Why We Don’t Call Them Flaws)
Because each item is made by human hands, you may notice slight differences in size, color, or pattern compared to product photos. These aren't defects — they're the fingerprints of the artisan.

We check that every bead is secure, every surface smooth, and every knot tied with care. We look for clean finishing, natural integrity, and the quiet assurance that nothing will loosen on its journey to you.

What’s Not Covered (Just Being Transparent)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from misuse or improper care (e.g. washing a non-waterproof item)
- Slight natural variations in color, grain, or size that are clearly stated in the product description
- Lost packages due to incorrect address provided by the customer

How to Make a Claim
Step 1:
Take a clear photo of the issue (damage, wrong item, etc.).
Step 2:
Email us at support@oriavue.com with your order number and photos.
Step 3:
We'll respond within 2 business days with a solution — refund, replacement, or store credit.
💡 For cross-border orders, we know returns can be expensive. In many cases, we'll offer a partial refund or let you keep the item while issuing a replacement. We want to make it right, not difficult.
